Our lives are very common. To think that we are something more then exactly what God wants us to be, is not only blasphemous, it is down right stupid as it denies one of the best gifts God had for our lives.

Recently, I was informed that God is not a priority in my life, and that other things in this world come first above Him. At first this hurt my feelings as I consider myself a Godly man as I have devoted my life to following His Son’s footsteps. But as I think about this judgment on my life I started to realize a very immutable fact: God is not at the top of my list. Now that is a pretty bold statement considering my lifestyle and choices I have made. However, if you take a step back, God not being on my list makes perfect sense.

One day three scientists were discussing how they figured everything out and how humanity didn't need God anymore. They chose one of them to speak to God and explain how they were done with Him. One of the scientists approached God and said "God, we have figured everything out. We know how stars are formed, we know where the grass comes from, we even know how to clone a human being. We don't need you any more…take a hike God!"
